Obituary for Thomas James "TJ" Storandt

Thomas James "TJ" Storandt
Thomas James "TJ" Storandt, 25, of Mindoro, was unexpectedly taken from us on Saturday, May 21, 2011, due to injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident.
He was born September 5, 1985, in La Crosse to Thomas "Tommy" and Susan "Sue" (Olson) Storandt. TJ was a 2004 graduate of Melrose-Mindoro High School where he was active in football and baseball. In his younger years, he was also active in Boy Scouts. He was employed at Greenleaf Trucking Company of Taylor, Wis., where he drove semi-truck and most currently, dump truck. TJ helped many local area farmers and also enjoyed maintaining the yards of his Grandma and Grandpa Storandt and Grandma and Grandpa Olson. TJ was a wonderful person who enjoyed helping others and people knew if there was work needing to be done, to call TJ and he would take care of it. He was an avid sportsman and outdoorsman, who spent much time hunting, fishing, and skiing. TJ always wanted to travel and experience new things. The greatest passions in his life were his Ford F-250 Diesel Truck, his dog, Maddy, his brothers, Cory and Derek, and NASCAR. TJ was a loving and gentle person who will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
