Please accept my sincere sympathies at Billur's tragic passing. She was such a wonderful, bright light in our neighborhood, such a fun, smiling and laughing presence. I will always remember her walking her dog Lucky and giving a wave and a hello while doing yard work, looking beautiful always. She will be greatly missed.
