Elmer, Linda and Marlene: My sincere condolences on your mother and wife's passing. It's been a long time since I've seen either one of your parents, even though I come to Caledonia to visit my parents several times a year. The farms in the area sure have changed over the years, but that's the way life goes. Linda, if you find a moment and would like to keep in touch, please e-mail me at pathasmail@gmail.com. Again, my sincere condolences on your loss.
From Patricia (Loeffler) Gill

Although it has been many years since I have seen Mildred, I remember her as a very sweet, caring woman. I fondly remember my dad (Dean) retelling family stories about his cousins. I know Mildred loved well, and was well loved, and will surely be missed.

Elmer and family: We want to extend our sympathy to you and your family. I am Bill and Gertrude Thomas (Steiger) oldest daughter and have met and visited with you and Mildred quite often at Steiger reunions. We know that she will be greatly missed by all and again we are thinking of all of you and if the weather isnt too cold we will be over to the funeral. Again our sincerest sympathy to all....Ray and Marilyn (Thomas) Anderson.
