Dearest Ray, I can't beleive she is gone. I moved in across the street and I came home from work and my dad says Mary left you a house warming gift....It was my first gift and the highlight of my day, muffin mix, a serving bowl and a towel that she embroidered....Dearest Mary, I can't beleive I'm not going to see your smiling face again, but everytime I use your towel I will smile...you are a wonderful lady and will be greatly missed. if you need anything Ray, I am across the street. our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Dear Ray and Family, I was so saddened to hear of Mary's passing. We had such wonderful times, so full of fun, laughter with each other and our children. Mary made everyone feel so dear and welcome. Loved our Friday cards and our lazy river days. Her laughter and wit was infectious and made you always want to be around her! You both treated us so well and will never forget your kindness. Though our lives took different paths, I have always held those memories very dear. I'll pray for your comfort with all the wonderful memories Mary gave you all. Ray,Maggie,Whitney,Ross and Families.... We were so saddened to hear of Mary's passing. What a wonderful, pretty, sweet woman! Susan remarked as we drove out of Pettibone Boat Club last week that we hadn't seen Ray and Mary forever and wondered if they still had their boat there. She remembers first meeting and getting to know Mary around 1975 or 1976 at the old LaCrosse Country Club by the children's pool...probably while Maggie and Jenny were taking swim lessons. It was as if they always known each other. Mary had such a warm and comforting manner... We hope it warms your hearts to know she will live on in our hearts and memories... Love, Dave and Susan McDowell
