To all who have left their comments here...we want to thank everyone for their condolences, thoughts and prayers. Everyone has been so supportive during this troubling time. It is wonderful to hear especially from those who Steve so often remembered but had fallen out of touch with. You were all very loved and influential in his life as well. Thank you all! God Bless...
From Jacob & Diane Noblitt

Our heartfelt sympathy goes out to the Noblitt family. Steve was a student of mine at University High School in Greeley. He was also one of my baseball players. Steve didn't have the greatest athletic ability, but he never lacked for dedication and trying. I don't think that Steve ever had a bad day. He was always smiling and upbeat. Steve was as sincere and honest as any person I have ever known. There aren't any words that can ease the grief of his family, but please know that all of you are in our thoughts and prayers.

Steve lived above us in Mankato, MN in the Hubbell Crossing Apts (In the late 1980's and early 1990's). I remember when his hero, his father, passed away. Steve and I spent many moments talking to one another about his work, beliefs and interests. We spent a lot of time with him and Diane. It was a joy when Jake his son was born. After moving away, he and his family visited us in Mankato and later in Lone Star, East Texas. We love Steve and will miss him very much.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Noblitt family. I had the great fortune to meet Steve at Benedictine. He was a sweet, loving, very funny person and I will never forget him.

To Steve's family and dear friend Brenda. I knew Steve when we went to Benedictine together. He was a true gentleman. He was really good about standing up for the underdog...which was me from time to time. He was a real blessing to know. A gentle and joyful spirit. I am so sorry that I didn't have a chance to get back in touch with him before he passed away. You are all in my prayers as you go through these difficult times of mourning. God bless each of you and may He comfort you.
