Both Corrita and I were saddened by Dicks passing. We were longtime patients and considered him to be a good friend. His dental skills were unsurpassed and when he decided to retire he saw to it that we were introduced to another dentist of like skill and ability. Dick was a true professional , a good person and We will miss him

Dear Ruth and family, I am saddened to hear of the passing of Dr. Strand and my thoughts go out to you. He was a great advocate for the mission of Gundersen Medical Foundation and through my work as director of development I am grateful that I had the opportunity to work with him during his time on our board and committees. He was a very kind and thoughtful man. I had great admiration and respect for him. He will be missed. I will be out of the country next week and will miss the service.
