It was truly a pleasure taking care of Gerald over the past year or so. He was always a pleasure to talk to, and he always brought a smile to my face. My sincere sympathy goes out to his wife Doris and his son Jerry. Gerald will be greatly missed. Love, Dr. Morcomb
