Condolences for Robert E. "Bob" Steigerwald

Katie, Joel, Bobby, Jerry, I am so very sorry for your sudden loss of dear Bob. I hope he and my Dad are splitting wood or drinking a cold one out on the back deck, while listening to a baseball game, of course. We are keeping all of you in our prayers.
From Nancy Althoff Schulte

My deepest sympathy to you all. I was very sad to come home from New Orleans and read of Bob's passing. I just thought of him while going through the World War II Museum and in awe of all our Veterans went through. I have many fond memories of Bob and am thinking of you all during this difficult time. Sincerely, Laurie (Solberg) Krueger

The the Steigerwald Family, Such great memories of Bob for growing up with the boys and having Bob as our coach for the great Bangor City team. Bob was a great influence on many young men as he demonstrated a love for the game of baseball and his Pirates. I was fortunate to see Bob last October on my visit to Bangor and we were able to share some memories of him playing with my Dad and him managing or team. Our hearts go out to the family and our prayers are with you all. Bob, rest in peace in that big baseball diamond in heaven.

My sympathy to your family in the loss of Grampa Bob. I enjoyed the visit with him and Grandma Kate last fall. Will always remember the ride he took us on to see the beautiful area. His love of the land, and his family was so great. My prayers for all of your family. Irene Hessel
