Lisa will be truly missed by my children, Alec, Anna and Adam. I will not forget how sad my daughter was the day she found out about Lisa's cancer. She thought if she raised tons of money that the cancer would go away. She will be missed by many children at West Salem Elementary.

my daughter hannah brenengen is a west salem student who talked about lisa often and thought the world of her. i also had the pleasure of getting to know lisa through GL. she always had a smile on her face and was always so thankful for my service in the hem/onc dept. may you find some comfort knowing that there is new angel god needed to watch over us all.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family in this time of sympathy. Lisa was a wonderful, caring teacher to my 3 boys, Codee, Chayce and Cayden. When Chayce had his accident 3 years ago, Lisa made a video for him from his friends and classmates and then sent the link so he could watch it while in Madison missing the last 3 weeks of school. The boys speak of her often and I know that they will be sad when they hear the news. She will be remembered always.
