My Most Sincere Condolences for All Family & Friends, Although I did not have the pleasure of knowing Ralph - your son David served as a great mentor & inspiration for me. I spent time with Dr. Onsrud in college & prior to deciding on medicine as my profession. Not only had I learned that kind dedication and rapt attention to everyone can make every difference in the world for their lives; but also, that dedication to doing your job right & with conviction will always serve them best. Dr. Onsrud's dedication to service also inspired me to enter medical school with a Navy scholarship & I had served in many operations for our country as a physician for our sailors & marines. - These values speak volumes for Ralph as I can only see such a great man as learning this from his family.
