Dear family of Marianne, my sympathy to you. I knew Marianne while she lived at the Village on Cass. She always attended the Bible study sessions I had there. She was a delight. I loved her spunk, her determination to always keep learning, and her delight over acquiring new insight into the Bible. She was a joy to know and I thank God for the privilege of calling her a friend. Peace to you.

My condolences to the family on the passing of your mother. I was Marianne's volunteer helper and friend starting just before her 90th birthday and continuing thru the years until she went to the nursing home. I enjoyed the stories she told me of her life. She sure did enjoy her tennis playing and missed it so much . Each time I drove her past the courts at 16th & Cass, she said she played there a lot and wished so bad she could still do it. I'm glad she is at peace now and in a far better place.

Dear family of Marianne Williams, When I saw the obituary in the LaCrosse paper, I thought that she was the lady that was a member of the Tomah Parkway Garden Club; several years ago. After reading the obituary, I know it is her. I remember her as having a cheerful attitude, and always seeming to have a smile. I also remembered her having, what I considered, an eastern accent. It was a pleasure to have known her for a short amount of time. My sympathy to all, and may the good memories of her life be cherished. Bob Kersten, Tomah, WI
