Condolences for

Ron and Family, Your Mom was a classy lady. I enjoyed our visits when I used to work on her car and at Church. Our sympathies to all.

Dear Family of Marie: My name is Betty (Lounsbrough) Pfaff and I grew up in your neighborhood. Marie taught me how to sew and my daughter still wears the jean skirt I made with Marie's help. She was a patient teacher and we laughed a lot. Marie also made mints for all the important events in my life and they were delicious and time consuming for which I am appreciative. At my wedding she made hundreds and they were all gone at the reception before the food was served...and people wanted more because they had never had ones so good before. Obviously, they weren't from our neighborhood. Marie also gave me a gift that makes me think of her on a regular basis...a Christ Lutheran Cookbook. While the gift wasn't expensive, I learned how to cook from it and really wanted one when I got married. I asked all over and no one had one left to sell me. I was greatly disappointed. Marie got excited and could barely contain her excitement when she gave me her last copy of it for a shower gift. I cried. I loved Marie. God's blessings to you and your family during this time, but know she's in Heaven having a great time meeting all of her family and friends. Sincerely, Betty Pfaff
