I was so shocked and sad to hear of your loss. You are in my prayers.
From Renee Stolpa

To the Larry Kautza family. You have our deepest sympathy. We shared many great times at the farm and family get togethers. Larry was quick with a smile and had the Kautza laugh! A laugh that was endearing and contagious! Above all else Larry was a good man and will be sadly missed by all that knew him...

My family's deepest sympathy on the loss of Larry. As cousin's we would spend summers together playing at the Kautza farm and I remember all the fun times with all the kids. Aunt Catherine is my Mom's sister. They have always been very close and share updates on each others families even still when they see one another. Larry will always be close to you in your memories. God Bless all of you as you go through the difficult days ahead. Hugs and prayers to all from me and my family.

So sorry to hear about Larry. It has been a long time since high school in Antigo. We bumped into each other some years back at a Packer game, he still had that same laugh I remembered. I can also think back to the all the good times we had in Aniwa. We will have a toast to Larry at Lambeau field on Sunday when we beat the Vikings.

We are next door neighbors of Matt & Sarah in Sun Prairie. In the short time we have known and observed Larry we quickly knew that he was a kind and unselfish person who deeply loved his family. I could "feel" the love and pride he had in his sons and the great joy his granddaughters brought him. I still can picture Larry and Matt working on some project. I marveled at the skills that Larry possessed. The Kautza has our sincere condolences. Your husband, father, and grandfather leaves a legacy of love and unselfishness that made his short time on earth a better place. George & Betty Conom

To all the Kautza family members we are deeply sorry to hear of the sudden death of our dear friend Larry. The whole Peterson family has many fond memories of our pal "Brute". He was one of my fathers all time favorite players. There were many a Sunday mornings when we would return home from church only to find Larry sitting at our kitchen table with a glass of milk and a plate of Mom's chocolate chip cookies. His infectious smile and distinct laugh will forever be in our memories. He was a great friend and I am sure an even better husband and father. Very sorry for your loss

Kathy and Family, Aunt Catherine and family: On Tuesday God called home one of his finest and how I can picture Larry at those pearly gates with his soft, loving smile and energetic step as he entered the gates of his home for eternity to be greeted by Uncle Clifford and all who have gone before him. With prayerful thoughts for each of you during this most difficult time. I am praying that the Blessed Virgin Mary will comfort you during the days ahead and God's love will soon replace the sorrow you are feeling now with many happy memories of your times together with Larry. With God's Blessings, Caroljean (Lenzner) Krummel

It is with a heavy heart I write this note and realize it isn’t just for someone ..it is for my ‘little cousin’, Larry. Words can’t express how sad I feel for all of the family…those who are connected by blood and those who are connected by heart. Larry was a good kid who turned into a very nice man. May you rest in peace and have a New Year’s toast with your Dad and all your relatives who have gone before you. Hugs and love to those left behind. My heart goes out to Kathy & the kids and to my dear Aunt Catherine.
From Rita Kautza Benz

Kautza Family, I never had the opportunity to meet Larry personally, but I knew his son Matt well. Matt cared for everything in life, cared deeply about others and carrying himself & his new family through life with pride and accord. This could only be possible with a stand-up family matters rearing. God speed Mr. Kautza, I send all the well wishes and condolences I have to give to you, your family, your friends. Your legacy will live on, your time spent here has brought this world wonderful caring & loving people. God bless!
