Dear Vickie and all the Fairbanks and Wohlhoefer family members, your mom, Lois, was just great and when she moved to Galesville, I think she really found her life's "sweet" spot! She had a big smile and hearty laugh for all of us kids and we were always welcome at the big house on Lake Marinuka...I am glad she went out in style...may she rest in peace, under God's perpetual light and find eternal rest in the arms of God and the angels. My deepest sympathy to you all on the loss of your Mom. Lois was a special friend to my Mom (La Vern Thomack), my Grandma (Louise Geske) and our family. Every Monday the Haggis-Baggis card club people would get together to play canasta and have many laughs. They really had a good time. Lois was one of my favorite residents at Prairie homes, She was always upbeat and had a smile on her face. She will be deeply missed by all who become part of her life.

Dear Diane, Greg, Angela, Liz, and Emily, I am so sorry for your loss. I loved Lois; she was like a second mom for me growing up. I will always remember her as a fun, happy, and wise woman. I pray that you will all be wrapped in God's comfort in the weeks and months to come.

You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Sadly, I am out of town for the weekend so will miss Lois' s memorial. I am on a trip with my two sisters who also remember Lois from our Ladies Day luncheon. Everyone whoever met Lois loved her immediately. Pat, Kathy and I had so many fun times playing cards and BS ing with her. She will be so missed. May God give you all strength now, and give her a nice memorial send off. She will never be forgotten.

I fondly remember Lois as one of my favorite downtown merchants and Girl Scout mom. Her sense of humor delighted me. It was a challenge to match wits with her. And that laugh, I hear it now. My sympathy, we lost a good gal. Lj
